Software patches and updates can be installed on your computer via remote access (internet required). 

Technical support is available only for the device under warranty. If you are out of warranty, You must apply for an extended warranty. For an extended warranty or for support contact us.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROCEDURE:

1. Download and run the Teamviewer Quick support software:  http://connect.teamviewer.com/v9 
After running the Teamviewer window will open with ID ( 9 digits)

2. Send your ID to  lucia.ldteck@gmail.com . Please provide your device serial number (located on the bottom of the box).
Don't close Teamviewer window and don't turn off the computer. 


You must be in front of your computer for technical support as we may need your input and assistance.  If you are not able to be in front of the computer,
you will then have to send a detailed email describing the issue or matter of your request.

Your LD Technology Products (medical devices and/or acessories) are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within ONE YEAR from the date of purchase when used in accordance with the instructions for use provided. [warranty2]
The above warranties extend only to the original retail purchaser.
At our discretion, we will either repair or replace, free of charge, any LD Product covered by the above warranties.
Repair or replacement is our only responsibility, and your only remedy under the above warranties.
To obtain warranty service please contact us for the address of the repair location, and for the return shipping and handling fee.
Enclose your Proof of Purchase. Include a letter with your name, address, phone number, and description of the specific problem. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit. Because of possible loss in transit, we recommend insuring the product with return receipt requested.

THE FOREGOING IS THE SOLE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS, AND OUR COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND OTHER TERMS THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW, IF ANY, ARE LIMITIED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

    We have developed a comprehensive distribution network and pride ourselves on both pre sales support and post sales services. Our internationally acclaimed reputation is based upon our world class products, and our impeccable service and high standards.
  2. DELIVERY/SHIPPING
    If there is a national holiday, we will ship the following business day. Pickup Time FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9 am - 5 pm. Order Tracking The tracking number will be sent automatically with your invoice to your E mail address.
  3. INSTALLATION/SUPPORT
    Our trained staff is always available to better support you from the simple installation process to general maintenance of The Systems. Customer service questions and technical support issues are resolved utilizing the free remote software (Teamviever). .
  4. COMPUTER SPECS
    You can be rest assured that your purchase with LD Technology will be a smooth and efficient process. We also have experienced computer technicians who would be happy to advise you on specific computer requirements.
  5. ONLINE TRAINING
    Certified instructors are available for practitioner support questions Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST, and we provide training via the Internet (Team viewer technology). To request an appointment for online training, please complete the contact form
