The above extended warranty can be purchased only to the original device owner.
The original retail purchaser has the option to purchase each year and for 4 years an extended
warranty for a flat fee per year. The extended warranty will cover:

 Technical support,
 Accessories replacement ( SweatC set of cables , one oximeter/year and one blood
pressure device /year)
 Software updates.

Keep your Proof of Purchase. In case of return of the defective item, pack the product carefully
to prevent damage in transit.
