ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Software patches and updates can be installed on your computer via remote access (internet required).
1. Teamviewer remote control of your computer: – If the software is not installed : go in the web site www.teamviiewer.com and Download automatically the link Teamviewer Quick support software. After running the link, a window will open with ID (9 digits) and a password (4 digits). – If the software is installed: Open the software and click on the icon “SUPPORT” located on the bottom of the home page.
2. Send your ID and password to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide your device serial number (located on the bottom of the box) , your name and phone number.
3. Don’t close the Teamviewer window and don’t turn off the computer.
You must be in front of your computer for technical support as we may need your input and assistance. If you are not able to be in front of the computer,
you will then have to send a detailed email describing the issue or matter of your request.
