Software patches and updates can be installed on your computer via remote access (internet required).
1. Download and run the Teamviewer Quick support software.
After running the Teamviewer window will open with ID (9 digits) and a password (4 digits).
2. Send your ID and password to [email protected]
Please provide your device serial number (located on the bottom of the box) , your name and phone number.
3. Don’t close the Teamviewer window and don’t turn off the computer.
You must be in front of your computer for technical support as we may need your input and assistance. If you are not able to be in front of the computer,
you will then have to send a detailed email describing the issue or matter of your request.
