Your LD Technology Products (medical devices and/or accessories) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within ONE YEAR from the date of installation.
The above warranties extend only to the original retail purchaser.
The original retail purchaser has the option to purchase each year and during 4 years an extended warranty for a flat fee per year.                                                   The extended warranty will cover the technical support, accessories, and software updates.
At our discretion, we will replace, free of charge, the accessories covered by the extended warranty.
Keep your Proof of Purchase. In case of return of the defective item, pack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit.
THE FOREGOING IS THE SOLE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS, AND OUR COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND OTHER TERMS THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW, IF ANY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY.
OUR COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT COSTS, EXPENSES, OR DAMAGES.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. 
Because of special local requirements, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

PRE SALES SERVICES

We have developed a comprehensive distribution network and pride ourselves on both pre sales support and post sales services. Our internationally acclaimed reputation is based upon our world class products, and our impeccable service and high standards.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

If there is a national holiday, we will ship the following business day. Pickup Time from Monday to Friday: 9 am - 5 pm. Order Tracking The tracking number will be sent automatically with your invoice to your E mail address.

INSTALLATION/SUPPORT

Our trained staff is always available to better support you from the simple installation process to general maintenance of The Systems. Customer service questions and technical support issues are resolved utilizing the free remote software (Teamviewer).

COMPUTER SPECS

You can be rest assured that your purchase with LD Technology will be a smooth and efficient process. We also have experienced computer technicians who would be happy to advise you on specific computer requirements.

ONLINE TRAINING

Certified instructors are available for practitioner support questions Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST, and we provide training via the Internet (Teamviewer technology). To request an appointment for online training, please complete the contact form.

AFTER SALES SERVICES

LD Technology prides itself on after sales service and support. Proactive and scheduled maintenance is carried out in order to prevent breakdown, ensure correct functioning, and preserve the shelf life of The Systems.
